You'll be working in a committed, dynamic team developing data analytics solutions focused on our Contract Logistics business unit. The team is located in Tallinn, Estonia, and in Hamburg, Germany. Your primary focus as a Business Intelligence Developer will be on developing load processes/data pipelines for our solutions and further development of data models. Internal users and customers all over the world will rely on your technical expertise to provide them with accurate information to steer and optimize global contract logistics processes.

How you create impact

• Analyze and discuss the analytics requirements of various stakeholders from the Contract Logistics business unit
• Acquire insight into logistics business processes from the subject matter experts, understand their needs and goals, analyze source systems
• Design, implement, optimize, and continuously improve ETL/ELT processes, data models, SAP BusinessObjects Universes and Tableau data sources
• Operations of the environment: incident and problem management, root cause analysis, bug fixing
• Boost the operational efficiency of our services by developing supporting tools using Python, Streamlit, etc.
• Regular performance and efficiency optimization to cope with increasing volume
• Assist our team in their cloud transition by collaborating on the migration from on-premise Oracle-based solutions to a cloud tech stack.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science areas or comparable professional experience
• 3+ years of professional expertise in developing ETL/ELT processes with SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
• Deep understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts and data modeling techniques such as dimensional modelling, Data Vault 2.0
• Experience in SAP Business Objects, Tableau or a similar reporting tool
• Experience with Python, DBT and cloud database architecture, esp. Snowflake is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn new technologies and become familiar with the processes of Contract Logistics
• Excellent analytical capabilities and effective communication skills; fluent English is mandatory because we work in a multi-national hybrid team and provide global services
