What You'll Do

As an Intern in the Talent Acquisition Operations Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the full-life cycle recruiting process. You will work closely with the European Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and internal interviewers while providing high-end service. This role requires strong attention to detail, speed and self-organization, while also offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the international environment. High-performing individuals may also have the chance to contribute to interviews and recruiting excellence projects, further enhancing their exposure to strategic talent acquisition.

You’re good at:

Interview Scheduling & Coordination

• Organize and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring they receive clear communication regarding interview logistics.

Role Opening & ATS Management

• Responsible for creating and managing job requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS) based on information provided by recruiters and hiring managers.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in job postings, including job descriptions, locations, and hiring criteria.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Operations & Special Projects

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to improve processes and support operational excellence.
• Contribute to special projects related to recruitment optimization, process improvements, and candidate experience enhancement.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Database familiarity.
• High-level English proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-organize effectively.
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative team approach.
