About the Team:

The Technical Project Management (TPM) team plays a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives across product and engineering. They drive execution excellence through structured delivery practices, continuous process improvement, and data-informed decision-making.

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across squads, ensuring clear timelines, proactive risk management, and on-time execution.
  • Maintain delivery health through structured planning, progress tracking, and regular retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Leads/Owner to translate product strategy into executable plans and define success metrics.
  • Analyze delivery data to uncover trends, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and team coordination.
  • Develop and maintain standardized templates, playbooks, and delivery frameworks.
  • Document and share best practices across teams to promote alignment and consistency.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and workshops to foster a culture of learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management/coordination within tech/product/engineering environments.
  • Has basic knowledge of project management (waterfall, scrum).
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web technologies.
  • Experience using Python and SQL for data analysis.
  • Experience tracking KPIs, delivery metrics, or managing project dashboards.
  • Proven ability to improve and scale processes through structured frameworks and playbooks.
  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets/Slides, and project dashboard tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to facilitate meetings, drive consensus, and support decision-making.
  • High ownership, proactive problem-solving, and structured thinking mindset.
