The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Monitor & keep track programs progress/pitching status/seller performance/KPIs, understand what’s good to improve or what’s failing behind.
• Perform analysis to generate insights, which contribute to improve both process & performance of the programs.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals and presentations to various audiences.
• Coordinate with Programs team to cascade information, process & target to internal team, make sure to deliver monthly performance.
• Handle issues & ensure smooth process, align expectation between external & internal teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in consulting, e-commerce, market research, or project management role.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Good command of English (verbal and written communication).
• Advanced in Excel (Google Sheets), and using SQL is a plus
