We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer for Major League Baseball’s Identity Platforms Services team, specializing in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). The team’s responsibilities cover backend services that handle profile-related interactions and newsletter opt-in management, frontend web implementations for login, registration, and account management, and libraries/services that support mobile apps and single-sign on. Launched in 2001 as the tech arm of Major League Baseball, MLBAM is renowned for creating experiences that baseball fans love - and we're just getting started!
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the authentication and authorization landscape for MLB’s digital platforms used by millions of fans globally. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional, results-oriented teams to design, implement, and optimize CIAM solutions that enhance security, scalability, and user experience across our websites, native iOS and Android applications, connected devices and partner integrations.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000 (Base Salary) + Bonus
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
