Support the Project Manager (PJM) in New Product Development processes, product transfer, tooling, and other project management activities within the manufacturing plant. Ensure seamless coordination between the design center and the plant to meet schedule, quality, and compliance requirements.

Our Team

This role is part of the DSS Operations division, working closely with cross-functional team members and the Project Management Office (PJM) at the design center. You will collaborate with various sections and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with multiple teams to align schedules and action plans for new product development and product transfer projects.
  • Act as the bridge between the design center and the manufacturing plant to ensure timely product release and project execution.
  • Support the design, modification, and review of product designs, tools, and machinery, while maintaining an overview of project status.
  • Coordinate product testing, development, and transfer to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
  • Contribute to Global Costing Analysis (GCA) by driving improvements in quality, cost, and lead time.
  • Lead efforts to achieve quality and delivery goals while adhering to company rules, EHS standards, and continuous improvement frameworks such as 5S and KAIZEN.
  • Ensure compliance with International Standards Organization (ISO) and Health & Safety Management Systems policies.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering or Technical Studies.
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial working experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong working knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written) with skills in work planning, problem-solving, and training.
  • Capable of implementing ISO requirements and conducting cost calculations.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in statistical applications, project management, or Global Costing Analysis (GCA).
  • Familiarity with SAP, quality management, and system thinking.
  • Degree in Engineering or Economics.
  • Proven capability to handle complex customer requirements and ambiguous situations.
  • Knowledge of tooling strategy development and Kaizen/innovation practices.
