As a Supervisor, Project Management, your role is to lead and manage manufacturing line transfer projects, driving successful outcomes to meet project timing, cost, and quality goals. You will play a pivotal role in enabling the Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU) to achieve its business objectives by fostering collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.

You will be part of Molex’s Copper Solutions Business Unit (CSBU), a global team specializing in cutting-edge high-speed, high-density connectivity solutions for telecommunications and data centers. This team is known for its technical excellence and collaborative culture, working together to deliver exceptional products that create value for customers worldwide.

What You Will Do

  • Lead multiple manufacturing line transfer projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with project timing, capacity, and demand.
  • Collaborate with plant project managers, suppliers, and process engineers to execute projects successfully.
  • Own and drive project communication, including reporting to management and customers.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project outcomes align with quality, timing, and cost expectations.
  • Mentor and coach team members in project management principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, business, supply management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of project management experience, including leading product development projects.
  • Experience working in customer-facing or executive-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-national teams and manage projects in a matrix environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and adjust work hours to accommodate global meetings.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • PMP certification or the ability to obtain it within one year (company-paid).
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise software.
  • Bi-lingual in Vietnamese, Mandarin, or Chinese.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and decision-making skills, coupled with a can-do attitude and a natural sense of ownership and accountability.
