Job Description
- Support for AM Sales Department related customer’s projects, creates offers , prepare different reports , track the purchase contracts, also participate to regular meetings with the Sales team for different topics;
- Tier1 customer process: support CMS responsible with customer creation, masterdata, contract management;
- Responsible for price maintenance in the price lists and Budget/ FC prices for Controlling department;
- Clarify the price differences with customers;
- Track accounts receivables (overdue invoices) and provide missing information;
- Support for different customer requests related logistic, accounting , shipping, sales, EDI or other topics.
Qualifications
- Student at Technical University or Economics (final year);
- MS Office - Advanced;
- English – Intermediate;
- Analytical and logical thinking;
- Self-motivation, positive attitude;
- Team player attitude.
