In this role as Intern Site Security Support (m/f/d) you will support NXP’s Competence Center Crypto and Security in the Cybersecurity domain. This organisation is part of the NXP Chief Technology Office, which is the industry leader in security know how. This business unit provides security IP and support functions related to Cybersecurity to all NXP business lines.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

With guidance of a Senior Certification Manager you will start to

  • participate in various security related reviews with different teams and stakeholders involved and report back on findings to the Site Certification Manager
  • support maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related procedures and documentations
  • help the Security Certification Managers to organise security audits for the NXP site in Gratkorn, Austria
  • support local ticket approval processes
  • support the team in various administrative tasks, e.g. collecting and archiving all NXP site certificates, support administration of various tools etc.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Student in Security/Engineering, Information Science, Information and Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telematics or similar
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Have a driving and result oriented personality
  • Have good verbal and written communication and networking skills
  • Have organizational as well as planning skills
  • Be engaged and self-motivated with an adaptive way of working
  • Fluent in German and good English skills
  • Software development skills would be an asset

Working time: 16-20 hours / week

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,370 gross/month for full-time employment.
