Assistant Human Resources Manager

To supports the HR Department in various day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management & development, and benefits administration. Also handle administrative tasks, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing onboarding materials for new hires.
  • Addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Assisting with performance reviews, tracking employee performance, and providing feedback to employees.
  • Supporting employee development initiatives.
  • Assisting with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and assisting with the development and implementation of new policies.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and HR databases.
  • Entering and updating employee information in Eagle HR systems, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Payroll Support: Payroll processing by providing necessary data like attendance, leaves, and other relevant information.
  • General HR Administration:
  • Handling various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR correspondence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Compliance:
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations ie. Provident fund, Social security and etc.

Must able to communicate in fluent English.
