Position title: SAP iXp Project Management Intern in the Management Team of the Head of EP&S

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Available work schedule: 20/30/40 hours per week

Expected start date to end date: September, 2025 – February, 2025

As an iXp Intern in the Mgmt. Team of the Head of EP&S, you will support the Team of the Leader in various operational and strategic initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in business operations, reporting, and insights while working closely with cross-functional teams. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop analytical and project management skills in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and visualizing business data to support decision-making.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Help optimize processes related to resource planning, procurement, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to strategic projects by conducting research and preparing recommendations.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of operational tasks.
• Assist in managing documentation and coordination efforts for ongoing initiatives.

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, or a related field.
• Technical understanding and affinity is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in business operations and strategy.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with analytical tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bulgarian
• Enthusiasm for working in an international and cross-functional environment.
