Position: RF Engineer

Location: Chandler, AZ

30 Month Contract

Job Description:

As an RF Engineer III, you will be responsible for redesigning mature network areas to reduce capacity constraints and enhance SINR. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements and ensure optimal network functionality. Your work will directly contribute to delivering the exceptional call quality and connectivity our customers expect.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in RF engineering.
  • Strong background in RF design and optimization for LTE/VoLTE and 5G networks.
  • In-depth knowledge of RF theory and practical application.
  • Proficiency with propagation modeling tools, especially Atoll.
  • Hands-on experience with FUZE or similar RF database tools.
  • Recent and relevant experience using Atoll for network design.

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding of LTE network KPIs and key performance parameters.
  • Familiarity with RF tools such as MapInfo and post-processing software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Tableau, including VB macro creation and data manipulation.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science (Required).
