THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly detailed Technical Project Manager to assist with technical projects for enterprise partners. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, documenting, completing, and communicating partner requests. Additionally, building processes to drive more standardization in project management will be an aspect of this role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Plan, execute, and deliver product features and platform initiatives from conception to deployment for our largest customers and brands in the hospitality space
  • Manage timelines, scope, resources, and communication across internal and external stakeholders and technical teams
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer on project status, blockers, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Partner with internal Account Managers in facilitating meetings, building Gantt charts, project plans, and communicating with customers
  • Work closely with the customer and the Kipsu Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical tasks (and vice versa) to ensure alignment across teams
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to understand what their needs are while also holding them accountable to the customer’s needs and timelines
  • Track KPIs and project metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party partners on integrations
  • Champion best practices in project management and help evolve internal processes and tooling

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in a technical role, demonstrating a solid understanding of project lifecycles, coordination principles, and knowledge of the SDLC.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Jira, Asana, Salesforce or comparable project management software for task tracking, workflow management, and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data effectively, identify key findings, and translate them into actionable recommendations. Experience in generating and analyzing reports is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work, ensuring the integrity and quality of project-related information and deliverables.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks based on project needs and deadlines, and take initiative to address challenges proactively.

  • CSM (Scrum) Accreditation
  • Hospitality experience
