The Technical Project manager 2 will be responsible for the successful execution of complex strategic projects using Agile frameworks. These engagements involve communication with senior leadership, across multiple divisions and broad scope and is accountable for ensuring the highest quality delivery with emphasis on meeting product/platform deadlines and goals. Additional responsibilities include the following: building and leading cross-functional project teams, setting expectations, and ensuring that the team has the necessary resources and support; collaborating closely with the Product Owner and team to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized; Agile process facilitation: ensuring that the Agile framework is understood and applied correctly by the team; metrics and feedback: capturing and using Agile metrics and feedback to help the team continuously improve; and monitoring the project scope to prevent scope creep and make necessary adjustments. Annual salary between: $85,000-$123,000.

Job Requirements
Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or a related field plus 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related. Must possess 3 years of experience with each of the following: a robust understanding of the accounting cycle; experience in SAP implementations to support the following various Record to Report business areas: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury Management (TRM), Tax, and General Accounting (GA); facilitating agile practices, enhancing team collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of projects while supporting user training and troubleshooting; understanding of integrations between SAP SD, MM, and external systems; collaborating with Functional Analysts and ABAP Developers to meet business needs and expectations; ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met and continuously striving to enhance the quality of support services; core Java concepts: object-oriented programming, Garbage Collecting, Exception Handling and Collections; Agile Methodology; performing root cause analysis; preparing regular metrics and reporting results at the end of each sprint; process improvement and ensuring continuous development; analyzing and reviewing business or functional requirement and design documents testability; System Integration testing (SIT) and SWOT analysis; SDLC; and utilizing Rally and Jira for project management.

Compensation
The compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $123,000.00 annually. This position will be eligible for commission or an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
