A Fargo company is seeking a Controller to join their team. This key leadership role will oversee financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, and internal controls. This person will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department and light HR duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
• Monitor costs and inventory
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Onboarding new employees

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal compliances
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
• Background working for a franchise location is preferred

This is a full-time, long-term position with a company that has a great work culture, little to no turnover, and benefits offered. The pay range is $85k-$120k+ depending on experience.
