The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio
At Personio, Customer Experience is more than a specific role. Rather, it is an integral part of our company culture and defines the way our customer teams work. As part of the Customer Success team, you'll help our customers understand the product, gather feedback, drive customer growth, and help take HR processes to the next level! As a result, the long-term satisfaction of our customers is your success.
As a working student in Customer Success (m/f/d), you will support us in providing our customers with the best possible product experience and service quality. In your role, you will work closely with our Customer Success Managers and gain exciting insights into the operational business and the collaboration with different departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation of project and training materials in different languages for an efficient cooperation with our key accounts
- Preparation and follow-up of internal and external appointments
- Communication of customer requests to our product team in order to further develop our software
- Process documentation and continuous development of our internal knowledge database
- Utilization of data analytics and reporting tools to support the CSM team in data-driven workstreams
What you need to succeed:
- You are currently studying in an advanced Bachelor's or alternatively Master's degree, preferably with a focus on economics or social sciences or a comparable course of study
- You are enrolled as a full-time student for the entire duration of the working student position
- You ideally have first experiences in the areas of human resources, SaaS and/or in the startup industry
- You are characterized by a structured and analytical way of working, with which you also solve complex tasks in a goal-oriented manner and accept new challenges
- You have an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to new challenges
- You have high quality standards for your own work and communicate problems at an early stage
- You are fluent in German and English, additional knowledge of Dutch is an advantage
