Revenue Operations Manager – Customer Growth & Success (d/f/m)

The Opportunity
Join Personio’s Revenue Operations team at a pivotal time as we scale our post-sales motion. As the RevOps Business Partner to the VP of Customer Growth, you’ll be the go-to strategic and operational partner to a large and varied sales org – including Account Managers, Expansion Sales, and CSMs.
You’ll help define and drive critical initiatives like forecasting, renewal optimisation, and long-range planning – while also rolling up your sleeves to build reports, align stakeholders, and fix what’s broken. It’s a mix of strategy and execution – a “mini consultancy” inside the business.
