We are looking for Financial Process Analyst to our Accounts Payable team based in Katowice F2F Office. The team is responsible for processing invoices from European and American DAZN entities.

Please note, our Talent Acquisition team and some Hiring teams are based in the UK so parts of the recruitment process will be in English. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks!

As our new Financial Process Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Process purchase invoices for assigned units in ERP in a timely manner
• Proactively and routinely chase invoices on hold
• Establish and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Suppliers’ accounts reconciliation
• Cooperate with other P2P teams to ensure invoice timely processing and payment
• Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner

You'll have:

• You speak English on a min. upper-intermediate level (B2 or above)
• You're a team player and able to work with others
• You have excellent communication, organisational and collaboration skills
• You're pro-active and able to work under pressure of time

Nice to have:

• Experience in working in a similar role for a large organisation
• You have a university degree in Accounting or Finance
• You have worked with an Oracle-based finance system
• You have experience interacting with internationally based staff / stakeholders
• You speak Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or German on a basic level
