What You’ll Do:
As our Operations Manager, you’ll be at the helm of daily operations with a focus on inventory control, quality management, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a dynamic team—including warehouse associates, drivers, and coordinators—in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. From ensuring seamless order fulfillment to driving continuous improvement with Lean methodologies, you’ll be a key player in shaping our success.

This role is based in a warehouse environment. You’ll experience both administrative and hands-on aspects of operations, with occasional exposure to varying weather conditions and safety gear requirements.
Location: Abilene, TX (Specific details will be shared during hiring process. Will likely require training in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.)
Schedule: This is 24/7 facility and although the standard hours for this role will likely be Monday through Friday overlapping the 1st and 2nd shifts, we expect flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends and overnight, ensuring engagement with and support of all shifts/teams.

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
