What You’ll Do:

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee one or more departments or shifts, guiding warehouse operations across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, and more. You’ll play a key role in ensuring top-notch inventory control and quality management while developing a high-performing, safety-focused team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations for your department(s) to meet service, quality, and productivity goals
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor 2+ team members and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
  • Track KPIs and use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement
  • Ensure high accuracy in inventory records and compliance with quality control standards
  • Monitor workflow and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Drive operational excellence while ensuring a safe and clean work environment
  • Help shape and document warehouse processes, standards, and training programs
  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution operations
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer literacy; comfort using business systems
  • Ability to operate or obtain certification for forklifts and other equipment
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, or construction products is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable with bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and operating hand tools and forklifts

Location: Abilene, TX (Specific details will be shared during hiring process. Will likely require training in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.)

Schedule: This is 24/7 facility, and we will be hiring 3 Supervisors to cover the teams/shifts in this role, working Monday through Thursday for 10 hours per day with flexibility to occasionally help cover other teams/shifts.

  1. 6am-5pm (1st shift)
  2. 3pm-2am (2nd shift)
  3. 9pm-8am (3rd shift)

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may also include participation in a bonus or sales compensation plan paid according to achievement against sales targets and/or business objectives. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package.
