How you create impact

Drive the successful implementation of high-impact Anchor projects across the continent—spanning hyper-automation, new facility builds, multi-site operations, system migrations, and strategic customer solutions. Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with both customer and Kuehne+Nagel standards.

Mentor and guide regional projects to uphold excellence and compliance.

Support the upskilling of country teams, and shape future capabilities by identifying evolving needs for the Project Management function to consistently deliver outstanding customer implementations.

What we would like you to bring

  • Own the full project management lifecycle, including scope definition, change control, financial oversight, and daily execution
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to the customer throughout the project
  • Lead internal and external project meetings, steering committees, and status reporting
  • Guide and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery, providing indirect performance feedback and mentorship
  • Oversee and support Project Managers across the continent to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Train peers and trainers in project management best practices
  • Define and continuously improve standards of excellence within areas of expertise
  • Delegates effectively while maintaining accountability for outcomes
  • Sets high personal standards and consistently drives for excellence
  • Operates with a strong sense of urgency to overcome challenges
  • Takes ownership of delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective results
  • Manages change requests with a clear understanding of their commercial impact
