Architecture IT Technical Consultant Analyze and validate business requirements and processes to design solutions for Duck Creek Policy Administration platform. Develop and unit test Duck Creek solutions. Apply industry standard object-oriented programming best practices and design patterns. Research, evaluate and identify alternative solutions and recommendations for the most efficient and cost-effective application programming solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for Duck Creek applications. Conduct code reviews as needed. Communicate and collaborate with business analysts, technical developers and architects on business requirements for new processes as well as enhancements to existing solutions. Adhere to company Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards. Adhere to Agile methodology for end-to-end development lifecycle, using the Agile tool – Rally. Work with DevOps tools like GitHub for source code management and Jenkins for release management. Work with Example Author and Example Debugging tools, Duck Creek Integration using C#.net, Duck Creek shredding, XML language, Duck Creek products, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, stored procedures, object-oriented methodology, XML based web services, HTTP communications, Visual Studio, IIS configuration, and the software engineering life cycle.
Requires: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with Example Author and Example Debugging tools, Duck Creek Integration using C#.net, Duck Creek shredding, XML language, Duck Creek products, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, stored procedures, object-oriented methodology, XML based web services, HTTP communications, Visual Studio, IIS configuration, and the software engineering life cycle.
