Summary

For the Area "Radar Concepts & New Products Engineering" we are looking for a "System Engineer Radar (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

In our team of physicists, mathematicians and electrical engineers, we develop novel radar systems from idea to prototype. Our goal is to provide innovative radar technology for novel products. For example, cognitive radar systems or the application of artificial intelligence to the use of quantum technologies in radar systems. We are working on new concepts such as radar sensors for unmanned aviation and air taxis. We also support the product development areas of HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH with specific radar expertise and work on the implementation and introduction of new approaches in systems engineering such as model-based system development (MBSE).

Your Tasks

• Anwendung von modellbasiertem Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Schulen von Mitarbeitern und Beratung und Unterstützung von Projekten im Umfeld MBSE
• Modullieren und Spezifizieren des Entwicklungsmodells (MBSE Anteile)
• Ausrollen von MBSE und Unterstützen aller Divisionen mit MBSE Expertise
• Modellierung von vernetzten technischen Systemen im Kontext von System of Systems (SoS)
• Radar Design und Analyse neuartiger Radar Systeme insbesondere für unbemannte Luftfahrzeuge (Future Combat Air System) und im Bereich sicherheitskritische Avionik
• Entwicklung von Radar Architekturen und Systemen
• Mitwirken in Gremien zur modellbasierten Systementwicklung

Your Profile

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Physik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Systems Engineering im Bereich Sensor-Entwicklung
• Expertise im Bereich Radar Systemtechnik
• Expertenwissen im Bereich MBSE
• System Architektur Werkzeuge (IBM Rhapsody, Sparx Enterprise Architect, Catia NoMagic)
• Systemmodellierungssprache SysML
• Begeisterung für Technologie und Forschung
• Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
