Radiology Informatics – SSD Solutions Architect APAC
As a SSD Solutions Architect in Radiology Informatics APAC, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering solutions and integration services that connect Philips Radiology Informatics solutions with systems from leading healthcare vendors. This role offers the unique opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse global team to deliver comprehensive solutions and integrations tailored to the needs of healthcare organizations.
Your role:
Design, develop, and deliver interfaces between Philips RI products and other hospital systems using standards such as HL7, FHIR, DICOM and more. Delivery of quality solutions and integrations that meet both technical and clinical requirements. Gather customer requirements and convert them into actionable solutions. Prepare detailed Statements of Work (SoW) that include estimations of the professional services effort required. Provide service quotes and set clear expectations for each solution to be delivered. Implement solutions by developing integrations and client/server plugins and components. Develop test plans and execute system testing to verify solution functionality and reliability. Work closely with the Commercial team, global product team, Project Managers and Clinical Consultants to deliver projects and solutions within the planned timeline and budget. Use advanced technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose, investigate and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently. Participate in post-project assessments to measure the overall project success and gather stakeholder feedback. Document work packages and solutions, conduct handover to the support team for ongoing BAU support. Engage in knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement in processes and services.
You're the right fit if:
Professional Experience: 10+ years in a similar role or developer position within healthcare IT industry.
Technical and Soft Skills:
Proficiency in database design, implementation, development and administration. Skilled with tools and languages, including Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript, JSON, XML, PL/SQL, Python etc. Experienced in REST API development and developing integrations using Mirth. Comprehensive understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR and DICOM, along with knowledge of IHE profiles. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Capable of engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Passionate about creating impactful healthcare solutions and driving improvements in patient care.
