YOUR IMPACT

Join OpenText as a Senior Manager, Analytics & Transformation supporting our Cybersecurity SMB and Consumer teams. In this high-impact role, you'll lead a team of analysts focused on business performance, data-driven insights, and strategic transformation initiatives. Backed by the sponsorship of the VP of Field Operations and PMO, you will work across functions and geographies to help shape decisions that drive growth and operational excellence.

You will leverage your experience in management consulting or corporate strategy to support the OpenText growth agenda by analyzing data, improving performance, and guiding senior leaders toward informed decisions.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Lead and manage a high-performing analytics team in a dynamic, global sales environment.
• Deliver insightful business analysis across systems, tools, and processes to drive value creation and operational efficiency.
• Translate complex business challenges into clear action plans with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify key performance drivers and areas for improvement.
• Manage and manipulate large datasets to generate insights that inform strategic priorities.
• Present recommendations and insights in a compelling way to influence executive-level decisions.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations, improve forecast accuracy, and align with GTM strategies.
• Own strategic transformation programs that help the business scale sustainably.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 10+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, management consulting, or corporate development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven success leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams
• Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Salesforce
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
• Experience working across time zones and managing global stakeholders
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with sales processes, GTM strategy, and tools; cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
• Strategic mindset, curiosity, and ability to prioritize in fast-moving environments

SALARY STATEMENT

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, and includes a competitive base salary, variable incentives, and participation in OpenText’s comprehensive benefits package.
