We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Center Technical Operations Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of critical infrastructure systems within our data center. You will oversee on-site teams, coordinate with vendors, manage maintenance protocols, and help shape a resilient, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain critical systems (e.g., switchgear, generators, UPS, chillers, HVAC, CRACs, BMS).
• Support facility design and construction projects and drive efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain accurate asset and inventory records.
• Participate in recruiting efforts and uphold high service standards to meet customer demands.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Technical Military/Trade School background with relevant experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience and management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Acute attention to detail with an ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in Data Center Engineering or Management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
• Foundational knowledge of network layout and low-voltage copper/fiber cabling.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
