Location: Charlotte, NC – 401 S Tryon St (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Contract Length: Through 9/30/2026 (~66 weeks, 3 days)

Pay Range: $38-43/hour

Top Requirements

  1. 3+ years of Project Management experience
  2. Experience managing RAID logs, project plans (MS Project), and meeting documentation
  3. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently without constant direction

Plusses

  1. Experience in financial services
  2. Familiarity with Change Delivery/Registry requirements
  3. Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong communication skills

Job Summary

This contingent Project Manager role supports low to moderately complex initiatives within the Strategy and Execution team. The role involves managing project documentation, tracking deliverables, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage RAID logs and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and manage project mailboxes
  • Support Change Delivery/Registry requirements and artifact management
  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance
  • Provide timely updates and documentation to project leadership
