Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Contingent)

Location: Charlotte, NC – 401 S Tryon St (Onsite, 5 days/week)

Contract Length: Through 9/30/2026 (~66 weeks, 3 days)

Pay Range: $50-55/hr

Top Requirements

  1. 5+ years of Project Management/Execution experience in a complex regulatory environment
  2. Strong Change Management and Program Management expertise (PMP or equivalent)
  3. Risk Management experience, specifically in Financial Crimes/AML/BSA programs

Plusses

  1. Experience with process improvement methodologies (LEAN, Continuous Improvement)
  2. Strong stakeholder engagement and executive presentation skills
  3. Ability to lead large-scale, transformational programs

Job Summary

This contingent Senior Project Manager role is part of a pilot program supporting strategic initiatives within a regulatory and risk-sensitive environment. The role involves leading moderately complex projects, contributing to large-scale planning, and resolving challenges that require deep analytical and project management expertise. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving performance and delivering long-term solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and resolution of complex project execution challenges
  • Own and manage key project deliverables including project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings and decision-making processes
  • Act as a Business Execution advisor to leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate across multiple lines of business to ensure alignment and execution
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
