Job Description:

  • Coordinate supply chain projects across teams (Operations, Marketing, Business Development, etc.).
  • Organize project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support initiatives in areas such as inventory and demand planning, warehouse and process improvement, delivery speed and cost optimization, network and transportation design.
  • Conduct on-site visits (sorting centers, warehouses, hubs) to monitor progress and gather feedback.
  • Track project performance through KPIs and reports, analyze data to identify improvements.
  • Assist in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree majoring in Supply Chain and Transportation.
  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination, business analysis, supply chain management or related fields.
  • Ability to breakdown and solve complex problem with practical actions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting capability
  • Eager to learn and contribute to cross-functional projects
