The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

  • Proactive observation & coordination with other internal teams to identify business operation problems of struggling sellers, investigate to find out the root causes, and propose solutions.
  • Market research/ benchmarking analysis to evaluate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Evaluate business metrics, deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations, and create a visual display of quantitative information to seek approval from high-level management.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan & implement, conduct necessary analysis to drive and optimize projects.
  • Assist team leader in other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Project management, operation management, and business consultant is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills, ability to draw insights from data, research, and design practical and scalable solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Good team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
  • Must be able to work with tight deadlines and able to work with minimal guidance.
  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
