Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are looking for an “ HR Talent & Organization Development Apprentice” within our Global R&D Division. Position based in Meru (60).

You will be part of a dynamic, passionate, and supportive Central HR Team. Great opportunity to learn and grow in a challenging international environment.

You will be supporting us in building & driving our Global Division Talent & Organization Development Vision and Roadmap.

Your role and responsibilities :

  • Support & follow up our People Processes and Campaigns (Performance Reviews, People Review, Expert Roadmap, Talent initiatives …)
  • Consolidate data, analyze & provide administrative support for all our Talent & Organization Development Processes
  • Be part of our R&D Organization Transformation Journey aligned with our business needs
  • Help maintaining accurate HR databases, including Talent Profiles
  • Be part of our Employee Engagement Journey ( survey analyses, propose new ideas to engage our teams around the world & follow up action plan)
  • Support, facilitate & communicate on our Global Talent & Organization initiatives.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Your profile and competencies to succeed :

o Strong interest in talent development & HR in an international environment

o Ability to work in a matrix organization

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Be rigorous and very attentive to details

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.

o Fluent in English (working language)

o Team spirit & curiosity

We are looking for a 1 year or 2 years apprenticeship (Master with an HR specialization or Business School).
