Your responsibilities

• Leading the generation of detailed inventory and performance analysis reports and dashboards, providing monthly updates to various stakeholders
• Analyzing gaps and conducting root cause analysis
• Enhancing reports to improve transparency and visibility on supply and availability situations
• Managing monthly updates of inventory balance monitoring analysis to optimize stock levels across various warehouses
• Preparing slow-mover analysis reports to identify and address inventory inefficiencies, contributing to overall inventory optimization

Your qualifications

• Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on logistics or supply chain management
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and numerical skills; ideally familiar with the SAP MM module and advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query)
• Independent and reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English – both written and spoken
• Enjoy working in an international environment
