About this role:

We are looking for a Business Operations Intern (m/f/d) for the Spanish & Italian markets to work in our Madrid Office, who will be supporting the teams execution of various business operations activities on our channels within the markets. The focus of this position is to improve the flow of efficiency across teams and to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily business operations by ensuring all marketing placements align with commercial agreements.
• Coordinate marketing strategies across campaigns, newsletters, content, and social media, including the development of creative assets to support commercial initiatives
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs and business goals.
• Create and manage regular commercial performance reports for both internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile:

We’re looking for someone with a proactive, curious, and motivated mindset who is excited to contribute and grow with us. The ideal candidate should have:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or similar studies.
• A strong passion for Business Operations and Marketing, and analytical mindset with enthusiasm to work with numbers, statistics and charts
• Technical skills: Proficiency in G-Suite Packages (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Soft skills: Strong communication, time-management, and organizational abilities.
• Language requirements: Fluent in English & Spanish. Bonus if you're fluent in Italian
