This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do
- Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management – Embrace the site safety, health and environmental practices.
- Contractor Management – Work with multiple contractor disciplines to implement projects and coordinate preventative maintenance & repairs. Manage contractor database to meet Henkel SHE standards and issue work permits as required.
- Project Management Support–The Project Engineer will work with other members of the engineering team to support both capital and expense project implementation.
- Continuous Improvement – Work with other functional groups on continuous improvement projects as required by management. The Project Engineer will support efforts including but not limited to productivity, quality, and safety improvements.
- Trouble Shooting/Operations Support - Provide technical support to area personnel in troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering-Preferred.
- (1) year experience working in a manufacturing environment- Preferred.
- Commitment to excellence in safety, health, and environmental compliance.
- Outstanding technical capability and ability to learn new processes.

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $77,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
