AI and Smart Data are revolutionizing customer interactions and service delivery. Telcos can now offer personalized experiences by understanding customer behavior and preferences.
AI-driven chatbots deliver instant responses to customer queries, reducing wait times and improving satisfaction. These assistants are capable of handling diverse requests, from troubleshooting network issues to guiding users through billing procedures
Telcos are increasingly adopting VNFs, which use AI to manage software-defined networking (SDN) functionalities. This reduces dependency on physical hardware, enhances network agility, and lowers operational costs.
Data monetization is another area where Smart Data and AI are creating new revenue streams for telcos.
Telcos can anonymize and aggregate customer data to offer valuable insights to third-party businesses. For example, traffic data can help urban planners develop smarter cities, while consumer trends can guide marketing strategies for retail chains.

This involves coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Delivery and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient development. Post-launch, they continuously monitor the product’s performance, gather customer feedback, and initiate improvements or upgrades to keep the product relevant in a dynamic market.
