How You’ll Make an Impact
- Investigating advanced theoretical methods to calculate properties of hot plasmas
- Benchmarking your findings against experimental and computational data in collaboration with research colleagues
- Implementing your results into internal software tools to support ongoing development
- Contributing to the understanding and optimization of high-voltage circuit breaker dynamics
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to drive innovation in power system technologies
Your Background
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
- Completed coursework in statistical and quantum physics
- Strong interest and experience in programming, with proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, or similar)
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a larger team effort
- Enthusiasm for applying scientific knowledge to real-world energy challenges
