Your impact

We are looking for an Entry Level Digital Delivery Application Developer to join our Life Sciences team in Cincinnati, OH. The Digital Delivery Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support data workflows for our projects. This role focuses on automating processes, integrating various digital tools and platforms, and enhancing project efficiency through customized solutions. The developer works closely with stakeholders to ensure the data and applications align with business needs and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

Application Development:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy custom software applications for engineering applications.
  • Design/develop/test SQL Server database for engineering applications
  • Develop API integrations to connect various engineering applications, BIM, and digital delivery tools.
  • Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.

Data Automation:

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and workflows within digital project delivery.
  • Develop scripts and tools to streamline data transfer and reporting processes.

User Support and Maintenance:

  • Work with engineering departments on requirements for reports and data collection/sharing.
  • Work with engineering teams to refine/debug engineering applications.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for custom applications.
  • Maintain and update existing applications to address new requirements or issues.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and maintain custom software solutions to support data workflows within engineering applications.
  • Create API integrations to ensure seamless data exchange between different digital platforms.
  • Implement automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Perform regular testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications.
  • Ensure all applications meet security and compliance standards.
  • Document application development processes, user guides, and maintenance procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in software development and digital delivery tools.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline
  • Local to Cincinnati, OH
  • This role is not eligible for sponsorship

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Previous related internship experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

60,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

85,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $85,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
