This is a full-time internship starting in September 2025 that will be part of the Deep Work program run by the Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE). You can find more information here: https://fundacionuniversidadempresa.es/en/training/talent-programs/

This program is for students who are recently graduated or are just at the very end of their degree/master’s. Only pending 1 or 2 subjects and/or the final project. It is a FULL-TIME paid internship for 12 months. Whilst working with us, you will also study a Master Degree: MÁSTER DE FORMACIÓN PERMANENTE EN PRODUCTIVIDAD, GESTIÓN ADAPTATIVA E INNOVACIÓN (120 ECTS: 60 ECT academic+60ECT experience!), an online course by Universidad Nebrija.

EMEA Communications and Engagement Intern

The Internal Communications team requires an experienced and skilled digital communications intern to continue increasing advocacy for Oracle Spain through our employees by turning them into ambassadors, making them feel part of a community, sharing our momentum, and inspiring them to go the extra mile in support of customers, colleagues, and the community

What will you do?

You will have the possibility to work closely with all areas of marketing, sales, HR, and business development.

  • Support the EMEA Communication Team in the creation of content and execution of campaigns.
  • Manage internal communication tools and media (Slack, site, blog...)
  • Organization of Hybrid events
  • Participation in Social Impact campaigns: Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability and Volunteering.
  • Production of videos and creation of audio-visual elements to promote Oracle's activities among our internal community.
  • Writing articles for newsletters.
  • Disseminating communications and updating our various channels

You will be assigned to several strategic projects spanning from communication to business analysis, digital marketing, field marketing, event organization, and project management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in international (EMEA) team environments
  • Experienced with the whole MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, …)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Canvas, HTML would be a plus
  • Willing to learn new systems/platforms/tools (Wrike, Jira, Eloqua, etc.)
  • Good time-management and project-planning skills
  • Business, communication, or marketing studies
  • Excellent written and spoken English
