• Assist with project document reviews for building envelope performance (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.).
• Attend pre-construction meetings and document discussions.
• Assist with review and report on project building envelope mock-ups.
• Perform periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items.
• Assist in project field performance testing to confirm building envelope performance (water, air leakage, infrared testing, etc.).
• Assist in project task management and coordination.
• Participate in continuing education.
• Perform various office related tasks.

• General understanding of Building Science principles or Building Envelope components is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report. Education and Experience
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field. • Locations in VT, & Various CA, NY Areas - Min Salary $ 48,300.00 - Max Salary $ 65,100.00

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
