You will be the Electromechanical Design Engineer for our Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team, responsible for developing innovative design concepts and providing electromechanical production support. Our team is seeking a skilled engineer with experience in CCA production, Windchill, and MRB support to join our team.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Electromechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new design concepts and engineering efforts for product research and development, as well as providing electromechanical production support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing electromechanical systems and components
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including structural and thermal analysts, configuration management, electrical and mechanical designers, subcontracts, planning, and quality personnel
  • Providing technical support during design, engineering documentation release, assembly, inspection, and test processes
  • Utilizing Windchill and MRB to support design and production efforts
  • Traveling as needed to support program requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain secret clearance
  • Working knowledge of CREO
  • Windchill, Windchill PLM database software
  • ASME Y14.5 and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, and tolerance stack-up analysis
  • Experience with production CCA processes and changes

Desired Skills:

Experience with Zuken E3 and Mentor

Experience with FRB investigations

IDX file transfer

Flex design

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret
