Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing project proposals to assess scope, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop detailed work plans, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to schedule and budget goals.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate across departments to eliminate workflow bottlenecks and delays.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance and act as a primary escalation point for project issues.
  • Update schedules and plans based on status reports and shifting priorities.
  • Generate progress reports and brief leadership on key milestones.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all contractual and technical project-related communications with external stakeholders.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively implement contingency plans.
  • Lead project meetings and customer updates to maintain transparency and accountability.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial project management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated initiative and adaptability in fast-paced project environments.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • PMP certification preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $77000.00 - $188000.00/yr.
