- Drive: Architectural and technical discussions in collaboration with Staff Engineers, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Inspire: By being a hands-on technical role model and mentor to your team, supporting their continuous learning and career growth.
- Ensure: The successful and timely delivery of high-quality software, using engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and agile principles.
- Communicate: Effectively with Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders to align goals, clarify priorities, and manage expectations.
- Motivate & Coach: By nurturing a supportive and inclusive team atmosphere, celebrating wins, and addressing challenges constructively.
- Improve: Engineering excellence by leading code reviews, championing clean code, promoting technical ownership, assure quality and best practices.
- Collaborate: With Engineering and Product leadership to shape ORFIUM’s strategic direction in the entertainment tech space.
- Develop: Yourself and others by staying current with technology trends, tools, and leadership practices, and applying them thoughtfully.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience leading/mentoring engineers.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and scalable systems.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps principles, and CI/CD workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A collaborative, empathetic, and curious mindset.
