Job Description

You will work with the global technology leaders in the passive electronic components industry andcontribute to the success of ME and its internal customers with excellent component quality. ME/QEC is the competence centre for purchased electronic components in BBM.

Your tasks:

► Development of new validation methods for the ramp-up of passive electronic components.

► Implementation of these methods in the Bosch BBM supply base worldwide. Independent realisation of technical assessments at the suppliers on site.

► Management of cross-divisional supplier development projects

► Management of crisis management in the event of line, 0 km and field failures (troubleshooting, task forces)

► Management of cross-departmental and cross-divisional projects and ME/QEC of internal cross-functional teams, e.g. focus projects and supplier quality programmes.

► Technical evaluation and release of complex components for use in BBM

► Reliable implementation: You are responsible for supplier management and you are the contact person regarding quality for manufacturer management.

► You agree and monitor quality measures with suppliers.

► Business trip approx. 6 weeks / year (maximum 2 weeks / block).

Qualifications

► Natural sciences / electrical engineering, communications engineering or comparable degree programme

► At least Manufacturing / application development / passive electronic components / technologies / supplier management experience

► In-depth knowledge in at least one area: technology, design, test, application, problem solving

► Business fluent in written and spoken English

► Conflict and persuasive skills

► High level of methodological and social competence (project management)

► Customer-oriented behaviour

► Able to work in a team, able to deal with conflict and persuasive
