As part of the Amazon-wide Amazonian Leadership Experiences team, the Executive Talent Management team’s mission is to enable Amazon to build healthy and effective organizations with the right leaders, in the right roles, at the right time. We develop philosophies, mechanisms and products that guide leaders to inspect and make data-driven decisions to improve their organizational operating models, and executive talent.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind bridging the gap between technical and business teams. You’ll be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating production launches, and ensuring clear communication of goals, roles, and responsibilities. Your ability to navigate and solve complex technical challenges while balancing business priorities will be key to delivering impactful solutions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, takes pride in building high quality software, and has a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering new features and products. They value collaboration, making data-driven decisions, and can comfortably communicate with others, in both technical and non-technical roles.
