Position: Intern Calculation Support Engineer

The Company.

Mission:

This intern will be reporting to GLID Calculation Support Manager, he/she is in charge of support/Assistance, Knowledge transfer & communication to IT Group & Zones for all GLID deliveries. Internally support team, he/she will support between Fr and BKK team to efficiently knowledge transfer for ticket management and NRT release process

Main Responsibilities:

  • Testing and package delivery
  • Maintain tests referential (environments, DB, use cases)
  • Validate applications/solutions release and consolidate all results
  • Support automatic release document creation
  • Document and training capitalization
  • Maintain technical documentation and support & trouble shooting referential

Require Skill:

  • Bachelor Degree in engineering, or any related field
  • Database management (SQL queries) and data communication in information system (IS)
  • Strong interest in AI technology is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and creativity
  • Willing to learn and quick learner
  • Good written and verbal communication skill
