General Summary:

This individual possesses the solid engineering fundamentals and understanding with some supervision in the application of GPU knowledge to assist in the architecture, design, implementation, verification, and/or optimization of the performance and power of GPU cores. Assists in building functional model simulations, developing software, and testing for various graphics to verify correctness. Programs and runs graphics tests using tools and methods to assess functionality, performance, and power. Collaborates with team members to guide implementation and ensure alignment with needs and goals. Analyzes discrepancies between different LLVM versions and facilitate upgrades. Explores, implements, and optimizes 64-bit features of GPUs. Unifies multiple GPU programming languages in compiler for enhanced maintenance. Participates in and supports cross-team projects. Collaborates with hardware teams to analyze and optimize slow operations on GPUs. Assists in the development of driver and compiler software to support GPU products, and investigate and implement features within the driver and compiler to minimize compilation time and driver overhead. Writes technical documentation and feature descriptions for GPU projects. Participates at design reviews and project meetings.

Will accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related degree field.

Pay Range: $133,400.00 - $200,200.00
