What You'll Do

As a Sr. Technical Applications Manager, you’ll be the technical backbone of our commercial success—working hand-in-hand with our Regional Sales Managers to transform promising opportunities into closed deals. But that’s just the beginning.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Partnering with Sales Teams to develop and deliver technical proposals that align with customer specifications.
• Advising on Product Selection and Value Proposition—you’ll help guide the right solution for the customer’s needs, from early specs to final pitch.
• Supporting Pricing Strategies that align with both customer budgets and business targets.
• Tackling Process Challenges by working directly with our Service team to troubleshoot issues and design improvements that keep machines running at peak performance.
• Collaborating Across Departments to ensure customer satisfaction from pre-sale consultation to post-installation optimization

Your Profile / Qualifications

An Engineering or Technical Degree is desirable, not required

• Strong technical knowledge of capital equipment, industrial machinery, or process systems.
• Proven ability to influence purchasing decisions through technical consultation.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, service, and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to simplify the complex.
• A solutions-first mindset and a drive to make an impact.
