Summary:

Embark on an exciting journey as a Software Engineer, collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop AI-powered workflows and agents using our state-of-the-art GenAI platform. You'll design and debug innovative AI solutions, enhance platform tools, and write clean, efficient code in Python or Java. Monitor AI service performance and support incident resolution while continuously learning best practices for large language models. This role offers the chance to work on impactful real-world applications across diverse domains, making it ideal for those passionate about Generative AI and eager to drive innovation with their problem-solving and communication skills.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand their functional needs and help translate them into AI-powered workflows or agents using our GenAI platform.
• Assist in designing, developing, and debugging AI workflows that use prompt engineering, LLM chaining, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Contribute improvements to the platform’s tooling, including prompt libraries, reusable templates, and developer experience features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), as well as code reviews and design discussions.
• Write clean, maintainable code in Python or Java to build and test new GenAI features or platform components.
• Monitor the performance and reliability of AI services and collaborate on fixes and improvements.
• Continuously learn and apply best practices in working with large language models (e.g., reducing hallucinations, optimizing token usage).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing suites for GenAI services and workflows.
• Write documentation, usage guides, and onboarding materials to support other teams using the platform.
• Implement small enhancements and fixes across internal tools and AI components used by partner teams.
• Support incident resolution related to AI workflow execution or prompt failures.
• Perform basic updates to prompts, retrieval logic, or workflow configurations in production or development environments.

What you will learn:

• How enterprise-grade GenAI platforms are designed and scaled.
• How to work with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI), embeddings, vector stores, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
• How to structure AI workflows that combine logic, memory, context, and external tools (e.g., databases or APIs).
• How to work directly with stakeholders to enable real-world applications of Generative AI across domains like customer service, operations, and internal tools.

What we are looking for:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Working knowledge of Python and basic understanding of data processing or machine learning workflows.
• Strong interest in Generative AI and familiarity with at least one LLM API (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face).
• Comfortable working with SQL and basic data pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills to understand and support internal teams with varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and improve.

The salary range for this position is $69,999 - $108,212

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
