We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the transformation of IT and business service management for our customers, driving innovation, automation, and measurable value. You will collaborate with enterprise clients to modernize their service management landscape — ensuring seamless operations, improved user experience, and significant cost savings through process optimization and advanced ESM platforms.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Consult and advise clients on Enterprise Service Management strategies, best practices, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead service management assessments, gap analysis, and maturity improvements aligned with business goals.
  • Design and implement innovative service management solutions with a focus on automation, AI, and self-service.
  • Deliver and optimize multi-provider service integration (SIAM) models to enhance governance, accountability, and performance.
  • Configure, customize, and deploy leading ESM tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshdesk, and others.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors) to drive continuous service improvement (CSI).
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed best practices in client organizations.
  • Track, measure, and report on service performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in ESM, SIAM, and ITSM frameworks to bring innovative ideas to customers.

We expect you to have: :

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Service Management, Enterprise Service Management, or SIAM consulting.
  • Proficiency in one of the Scandinavian languages: Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish (working with foreign customers and colleagues)
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Asset & Config, Knowledge, SLM, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in Service Integration & Management (SIAM) principles and delivery models.
  • Proven experience with ESM/ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshdesk, BMC Remedy, or similar platforms
  • Solid understanding of automation and AI integration within service management processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with both technical and business teams
  • ITIL 4 certification is required. SIAM Professional, ISO/IEC 20000 or ISO 42001 certifications, as well as certifications in ServiceNow, Jira, or other ESM tools, will be considered an advantage.
