We are looking for a Process Manager to oversee process management, drive change initiatives, implement improvements, and handle exceptions within the finance sector . The ideal candidate will take ownership of processes, ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness while aligning with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals
• Actively participate in roll-out projects, driving successful process implementation while collaborating with all impacted stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancements to streamline operations
• Independently find solutions for process improvements and engage necessary stakeholders
• Drives process changes initiatives, guiding teams through transitions and ensuring successful adoption of new/improved processes and/or technologies
• Assess the impact of proposed changes and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges
• Propose and communicate the need for training programs to equip employees with the skills needed to adapt to new/improved processes and technologies
• Establish and manage close working relationships with relevant stakeholders in finance and other business organizations.
• Manage or participate in finance or cross-functional internal development projects

Requirements:

• Fluent English language skills (oral and written)
• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong experience of managing end-to-end processes and driving process improvements
• Strong understanding of process optimization and project management methodologies
• Experience with process automation tools and technologies
• Service-minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
